DSFA successfully completed this stunning multi-sport tennis court for a residential property in Bowral, NSW. This Tan court not only serves as a premier tennis court, but also includes basketball and netball hoops, creating an exceptional space for all sports enthusiasts
This project involved a comprehensive scope of works, beginning with the demolition of the old court, including the removal of the old fence, disused water pipes, and the previous tennis surface.
Following the old courts removal, earthworks were carried out to prepare the site for the new installation.
A concrete slab base was constructed, complete with drainage for optimal water management. This foundational work set the stage for the Rebound Ace Synpave 3 coat system, a high-quality surface that provides excellent playability for tennis, basketball, and netball.
In addition, this project included the construction of a retaining wall, a pathway to and from the home, and surrounding fencing.
The landscape areas surrounding the court also received Window grass, complementing the courts overall aesthetic and adding to the overall beauty of the property.
